California Burrito built a category from scratch and kept it honest ever since, real food, made fast, without surrendering to the familiar. The challenge on social was translating that conviction into content with the wit and pace Instagram demands, week after week, without ever letting the brand's flavour flatten into formula.

We treated the feed like a test kitchen, blindfold taste-offs, office skits, kinetic type that talks back, shot in real stores with real staff. The comedy is scripted lightly and cut tightly, so every reel feels like the brand caught being itself.

Formats were built to be repeatable without going stale, recurring characters, running jokes, promo cards with personality, giving the channel a rhythm followers learn to expect and a voice they would recognise anywhere on the feed.

The account stopped behaving like a menu and started behaving like a personality, and the audience treated it accordingly. Regulars quote the jokes at the counter, staff appear as minor celebrities, and the brand's conviction now travels further than any store sign could.
