Brand Building Playbook
RingCentral's product is famously capable and famously hard to picture: communication that lives everywhere and nowhere. Our brief was to give the software a physical world, one built from light, glass and colour, where clarity itself becomes the story and complexity finally looks as simple as the app feels.
We built the brand's blue and orange into full 3D environments, floating glass panels, isometric stages, staircases that exist only to carry the interface. Abstract worlds demand exact craft: every reflection and radius is tuned so the UI feels tactile enough to touch.
The films gave a workplace tool the confidence of a consumer brand, imagery people enjoy rather than endure. In a category that defaults to stock offices and handshakes, RingCentral now looks like the modern product it is, and that distinction travels ahead of every pitch.
